About the school
A local school built around what dental offices actually need
Assist To Succeed was founded by Dr. Zachary Soard, a Las Vegas native who owns five dental practices in the valley. He built the program with his lead assistant, Amber, who has 26 years of chairside experience.
The externship places you inside a working dental office, either one of Dr. Soard's Las Vegas practices or a partner office across the valley, where you train on real patients alongside the team.

What you earn
Certifications included in the program
Every graduate completes the 10-week curriculum, then moves into an 80-hour externship at a working dental office. Along the way you earn four certifications.
HIPAA Certification
6 hours
Certification valid 2 yearsA 6-hour HIPAA certification course for dental health care providers. Covers the Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules with dental office-specific scenarios. Valid for 2 years.

Certification valid 2 yearsAn 8-hour OSHA safety certification course for dental health care providers. Covers infection control, bloodborne pathogens, chemical safety, and emergency preparedness. Valid for 2 years.

An 80-hour externship at one of Dr. Soard's dental practices in the Las Vegas valley. Students work alongside the dental team, assist in procedures, and graduate with documented clinical hours.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Dr. Soard earned his Biology degree and DMD from UNLV. He owns five dental practices and served as a student instructor during dental school.
